This last of nine previous home sales was relatively quick, and it was the first give-away, donate, or go-to-the-dump elimination of our possessions in a 3400 sq. ft. living space. From that, we are now in an 810 sq. ft. assisted living apartment 120 miles distant! Buying a home in America was a big step, there were so many questions we needed answered ranging from the school system to taxes. Diana gave us all the answers and more. She put us in contact with people we needed to speak to in order to make a decision. She showed us the house multiple times, gave us enough space to allow us to make a decision, and was there when we needed her.
